Now in their 16th year, the Decanter World Wine Awards is one of the world’s largest and most influential wine competition. From Cava Guilera we presented two of our most representative Gran Reserva Cavas, the oldest and the youngest: Guilera Agosarat 2006 and Guilera Red Xarel·la 2014. Both of them obtained a Decanter Silver Medal [as well as the Guilera Musivari 2007 and the Guilera Green Xarel·la 2012] and thanks to these results we were invited to participate to the Decanter Great Sparkling Exploration 2019.

Only those wineries that have achieved a minimum of 90 points Decanter are allowed to participate in the Decanter Great Sparkling Exploration. This prestigious wine event took place on June 20th at the Church House from London. It was such an honour to participate and it was our first international event as well. To all those people that contribuited to make it possible… many thanks!
