It is such an absolutely immense honor that we would like to begin with the thanks: To Decanter magazine for dedicating a space to Cava, to the Cava Regulatory Council for offering us this incredible opportunity and to Pedro Ballesteros Master of Wine for allowing himself to be captivated by our caves of long upbringing<\/p>\n<p>Pedro Ballesteros MW will taste two of our most representative premium caves. Guilera Musivari 2007: Cava homage to Pere Guilera and also cava insignia of the celler. I Guilera Xarel\u00b7la 2012: Cava homenatge to xarel\u00b7lo i la dona, i first monovarietal 100% xarel\u00b7lo del celler. These two caves have returned a score of 90 and 92 points respectively.<\/p>\n<p>This 2018 we are living a final of any meteoric, full of guardians and acknowledgments of al\u00e7ada, with no ens had passed at first. At Cava Guilera for more than 90 years we have been making caves of long childhood and the truth is that it has not been easy to arrive here\u2026 With our premium cava more recently: The weather allowed that hatchi so longed for \u2013namely\u2013 when the moment is .
