This unique cava, a Xarel\u00b7lo, Macabeu, and Parellada blend, the result of a long aging and artisanal production, reflects the winery's commitment to excellence, time and sustainability. This is a limited-edition cava, only 1,600 bottles, produced in a Mediterranean climate and aged for 18 years in bottle.<\/p>\n<p><em>\"Lavish aromas of ripe peach, apricot and apple encircle chalky, wet stone minerals. The most outstanding wines are then subjected to further re-tastings in several phases.
