Last shout of 2020: end of the year poem

This 2020 is being a year to remember or forget, it all depends on how you look at it: we are the post-covid era, the future is a blank sheet [[[ and yes or yes ]]] we have to keep playing. Social, economic and existential dilemmas proliferate like never before and if we asked person by person, we would see that each one of us has forged a new story.
At Cava Guilera, the covid almost annoyed our circulation: we had a cellar full of empty bottles and we didn't know if we could count on the rest of the essential suppliers. In the vineyard we have also suffered like never before: a mildew attack has caused losses of up to 50%. And with regard to wine tourism, we have punctured resoundingly: due to the movementrestricted mobility and the reforms we have had to make.
Booksellers have Sant Jordi and caveros have Christmas. Since Cava Guilera we have been working for years to create a culture of cava and to socialize it. Even so, cava continues to be a very seasonal product and the Christmas campaign will decide what the balance of the year is. Consumption is a brush that draws the society of tomorrow. Enjoy us!
