At Cava Guilera we cultivate the art of making unique and special cavas, dedicating ourselves exclusively to the production of long-aged Reserva and Gran Reserva versions. Our cavas rest between 18 months and 18 years to achieve their distinctive character. Production is limited to 40,000 bottles per year, ensuring attention to every detail.
The experience will be guided by Pere Guilera, a cava expert and member of the third generation at the winery.
