At Cava Guilera, we specialize in crafting long-aged Cavas: Reserva and Gran Reserva. Our Cavas age between 18 months and 18 years, achieving exceptional quality and maturity. Production is limited to 40,000 bottles annually to ensure every detail is carefully considered.
Pere Guilera, owner and third-generation member of Cava Guilera, will guide you through this experience. As a champion of the Penedès landscapes and long-aged cavas, Pere is a dedicated farmer who brings wisdom and passion to every aspect of the winemaking process.
