At Cava Guilera we specialise in creating long-aged cavas, offering exclusively Reservas and Grandes Reservas. Our cavas age between 18 months and 18 years, achieving exceptional quality and maturity. Production is limited to 40,000 bottles per year to pamper every detail.
Pere Guilera, the current president and third-generation owner of the winery, will be your guide on this experience. A champion of the Penedès landscape and long-aged cavas, Pere is a dedicated farmer who brings wisdom and passion to every aspect of the winemaking process.
