Cava is the most gastronomic and versatile sparkling wine

There is a perfect cava for every person and every occasion; it all depends on individual preferences and the characteristics of the moment. Therefore, we will taste four long-aged cavas, Reserva and Gran Reserva, made with three different blends. We will complete the experience with a gourmet pairing: three cheeses specially selected for our aged cavas or three vegetable and vegan pâtés.
