[Gastrocava] Cava Tasting: Versatility

  • Experience the versatility of 3 cavas and 3 blends. Private tasting with the owners. Sessions: 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
  • 3 aged cavas, Reserva and Gran Reserva: 1 traditional cava + 1 Xarel·lo cava + 1 rosé cava.
  • Pairing with 1 delicatessen cheese or 1 vegetable pâté. You can add more appetizers to the menu.

 

WINE CELLARS

  • 1 traditional cava: xarel·lo, macabeo and parellada.
  • 1 cava xarel·lo: monovarietal 100% xarel·lo.
  • 1 rosé cava: Garnacha and pinot noir.

There's a perfect cava for everyone and every occasion; it all depends on individual preferences and the specifics of the moment. That's why we'll be tasting three long-aged cavas—Reserva and Gran Reserva—made with three different blends.

We've created a personalized tasting system to adapt to your pace without losing any of the warmth or charm. We present the winery's philosophy, discuss the cavas and appetizers included in the tasting, and then step back so you can enjoy yourself at your leisure. Pere and Marta Guilera, father and daughter, welcome all visitors. Come and rediscover the great versatility of aged cavas!
