Visit a family cava winery from Penedès
At Cava Guilera we like uniqueness and we only make long-aged cava: Reserva and Gran Reserva. Minimum 18 months up to 18 years of aging to achieve the maximum harmony of cava. Small productions: 40,000 bottles per year.
Pere Guilera, third generation and current president of Cava Guilera, will accompany you throughout the experience. Pere is a wise farmer and a small cava businessman, a great defender of the Penedès landscapes and long-aged cava.
