The Harvest in the Penedès It's one of the most special times of the year. The vines reach their peak ripeness, the wineries come into full swing, and the landscape transforms into a unique setting to discover the world of Cava.
This September, in Cava Guilera, We open the doors of our estate to offer two harvest experiences designed for those who want to learn about the vineyard cycle up close, discover unusual grape varieties and enjoy a morning among vineyards in the heart of the Penedès.
The uniqueness of Cava Guilera lies in its vineyard-collection, A unique space where we cultivate more than twenty varieties of grapes. Accompanied by Peter Guilera, You will discover the differences between each variety, their adaptation to the territory and the role they play in the production of our long-aged cavas.
First harvest experience: vineyard-collection, aging cellars and cheeses
In collaboration with AECAVA, We propose an exclusive experience to discover our vineyard-collection while tasting more than twenty varieties of grapes directly from the vine.
The visit concludes with a very special wine pairing among the vineyards: three Cava Guilera aging cellars accompanied by three cheeses selected by Xerigots, a perfect combination to discover the gastronomic versatility of long-aged cavas.

Second harvest experience. The most traditional taste of Penedès: 20 grapes and an aperitif in the cava bar among the vines.
Next week we propose a different experience, organized jointly with Penedès Tourism.
During the visit we will tour the vineyard-collection tasting more than twenty varieties of grapes while Pere Guilera explains the particularities of each one and the family history of the winery.
Finally, we will enjoy a cava glass 100% xarel lo accompanied by a traditional appetizer In our wine bar among vineyards, a perfect way to discover the gastronomy and landscape of the Penedès.
