At Cava Guilera we only make long-aged cavas: Reserva and Gran Reserva. All our cavas are smooth, harmonic, versatile and elegant. With a fine bubble that delicately explodes in the mouth and fruity flavors that intensify over the years. Enjoy them by the glass or eating.

Refreshing cava and aperitif moment

This cava is part of the Guilera Reserva trilogy: Brut Nature Reserva, Brut Reserva and Semi Seco Reserva. They are our youngest white cavas, with a traditional blend of xarel lo, macabeu and parellada and a minimum of two years of aging in the bottle, with the mothers. The Guilera Brut Nature Reserva is a fine and balanced cava, with aromas and flavors of fresh fruit. Citrusy and refreshing, this reserve cava is ideal by the glass, with an aperitif or an informal meal.

Vintacap Absolute Green Line capsules are environmentally friendly because they replace petroleum-derived polyethylene with bio-based polyethylene from sugar cane. They also use water-based inks instead of solvents.

The Guilera Reserva trilogy represents the uncertainty of blank paper and the thrill of travel. That subtle mixture of illusion and nerves before an adventure that is just beginning. We have represented this energy through three young illustrators. Each one of them has represented a moment of the cava elaboration process: vineyard, cellar and toast.
