Musivari 2f science that studies the mosaic

Penedès is a mosaic of vineyards, forests, streams, small towns and villages. A land where people passed through and that was founded by the first settlers in the Mediterranean. A polychrome collage of blues, greens, golden and toasted colours that must be handled with reasoning, communication and great sensibility.

Pere Guilera has dedicated a lifetime to preserving the uniqueness of our landscapes. A man of consensus and a great enthusiast, he defends that cava and landscape are two inseparable realities and that in a landscape mosaic like ours, the harmony of the whole should always prevail.

The Guilera Musivari is a cava tribute to Pere Guilera and the Penedès landscapes. It is also a caress on the palate and an ode to harmony... Between the colour, the aroma, the flavour and the fine bubbles. Among everything that gives shape and colour to life, fresh and friendly.

We like singularity and we only make long-aged cava: Reserva and Gran Reserva. All our cavas are smooth, harmonious, versatile and elegant. With fine bubbles that explode delicately in the mouth and fruity flavours that intensify with the years of aging.

The Reserva cava is tasty and refreshing and the Gran Reserva cava is more gastronomic and elegant. Only 2% of the cavas on the market are Gran Reserva. Rediscover the great versatility of long-aged cavas!

Circular bioeconomy, less is more

All the raw materials we use come from the cava vineyards: traditional grapes, Penedès 29 yeasts and MCRE must. We are grapes and time, without barrel aging, flavourings or special brand liquors.
