- Brief presentation: philosophy and history of the winery.
- Tasting 3 aged cavas: 2 collection cavas + 1 iconic cava.
- Collection cavas: AGOSARAT 2006 and Musivari 2007.
- Pairing with 3 gourmet cheeses or 3 vegetable pâtés.
- Duration: 90 minutes. Tuesday to Saturday: 11am, 1pm, 3pm.

Depth, delicacy, creaminess… and a surprising vivacity that has become our signature. If you are passionate about very long-aged sparkling wines, this is your tasting. Two exceptional vintages, meticulously crafted, special and limited editions. Both have been awarded at the Decanter World Wine Awards and the Vinari Awards. We will complete the experience with a gourmet pairing: three cheeses specially selected for our long-aged cavas or three vegetable and vegan pâtés.
