- Tuesday to Saturday [90 minutes] 10:00, 12:00 and 14:00.

Cava needs time to become a Gran Cava
Depth, delicacy, creaminess… and a surprising vivacity that has become our signature. If you are passionate about very long-aged sparkling wines, this is your tasting. Two exceptional vintages, meticulously crafted, special and limited editions. Both have been awarded at the Decanter World Wine Awards and the Vinari Awards. We will complete the experience with a gourmet pairing: three cheeses specially selected for our long-aged cavas or three vegetable and vegan pâtés.
