Cava needs time to become a Great Cava.
Cava Guilera is a small family-run cellar specialized in traditionally made premium cava: Reserva and Gran Reserva. We make around 25,000 bottles per year and our cavas are aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months for up to 12 years.
Cava is culture. Cava is landscape, culture, joy and time, all of which are great values that could influence us in such a positive way. Encouraging the culture of cava means to be close to people. That is why we have a fair price policy and we try to express ourselves with simplicity. In 2016, we started to label our cavas in Zekogram braille, and in 2018 we are launching a new inclusive website, accessible to everyone.
